Any violations will result in immediate deletion of all files we have on record for your IP address.
2.1 — You agree to use sendy.space at your own risk, you understand that files uploaded here may be displayed for others to view, and you understand and agree we cannot be responsible for the content posted on its site, and the service should not be treated as an off-site storage facility.

Takedown Policy
All takedown requests must be emailed to abuse@sendy.space and must contain the following information:
Takedown requests will be responded to within 7 working days, sendy.space has no obligation to remove content if insufficient evidence is provided or if there is no legal obligation to do so.
- Legal name of the requester
- URL of the offending content
- An explanation & sufficient evidence for the takedown request

sendy.space collects your IP (Internet Protocol) address and information regarding your browser client when uploading a file. This is for the purpose of preventing the service from being abused. Any data collected from you is never shared with anyone, including advertisers.
